So does anyone else have any ideas about who's suspicious?
Well there's a lot of people laying low (and probably laughing their arses off) like crosby, anna, smohqy, etc. If anything their silence is highly suspicious.
That bourbon part of the last morning message is still stuck in my craw. There was way too much information there to just be part of the story. I don't think it points at jae, that would be way too obvious. It may be pointing at someone as a villain but it might be a bit early in the game for that. Brown, delicious, tempting; all those words were used to describe the bourbon that killed lionel hutz (roses). Who or what is brown, delicious and tempting? As far as I know there's nothing but a bunch of honkeys that post here right
So, Wiggum (and by extension all of us) were blinded by blue on the day that Annette was killed. And who voted for Annette? JBLUE. There is no way that that's a coincidence. I know who my forced vote is going to.
Oh my gosh. The stupid vote color, wow. Thought I actually had something useful there. Well 0 for 2. At least I'm trying. Looks like we're going to lose two more innocents as crosby is MIA with a forced vote. Anyone have ANY ideas?
If he was voting to try to save himself, wouldn't it make more sense to vote for any of the players with one vote already against them?
So... 2 things and I'm not sure which way to go:
Was he mentioning names of players to get the rest to us to pay attention and suspect them instead of him and his partner OR should we be looking at the name he didn't mention?
At the point he mentioned those names, he had 3 votes against him and there was no runner-up with 2 votes. It's not out of the realm of possibility that he mentioned his partner so that when we find out he's a villain, we wouldn't be looking at the players he found suspect.

Silencing Crosby, as we can all agree, doesn't really work cause he is usually quiet. Maybe the silencer is someone who is fairly new and doesn't know how he plays?
Or maybe the silencer was trying to draw him out by forcing him to think carefully about what he said?
But he didn't need to say anything...
& he didn't say anything. I think that's noteworthy....

I just can't really get my head around that choice. We all make silly jokes in CG threads, but to use your one post for the game day for silly banter seems odd to me...

I like where your head is at with this thought process but I think you needed to check the votes, vote by vote.
Smohqy had a vote against Blue when Pollard voted for her. Smohqy's vote was removed.
What this does tell me is that Blue is almost definitely not Pollards partner.
He actually used a reason to vote for her hoping others would follow. I don't think it was a partnership bluff. Much too risky this early in the game.
In response to fmust, blue is still my top suspect. I think that pollard could have used his vote... Not wasted it.
And johnny, happy conspiracy birthday bro!! Not many originals left these days... (Me, you, Juliet, wij, Crosby?)

I think ++wilki1999 is a villain, either Homer or Bart.
Starts out with being busy. Fair but still an excuse.
Next post is a timeline of why he is so busy. Red Flag.
Points out that Juliet hasn't posted much.
Votes to lynch Annette, says, thinks she is a villain.
Votes pollard.
Suggests Blue is a villain, votes Blue.
Still suspicious of Blue as Pollards partner. I don't think Blue is Pollards partner.
Breaking this down. He starts by being busy and basically suspects or in a couple cases gives reasons why some of the best players are villains. Getting rid of good players by getting them lynched is a HUGE plus for villains. He seems to be working really hard to get that done.
I've said it before, one of my greatest accomplishments in these games is that I've only voted for Wilki when he was a villain. I hope this shows how serious I am.
hmmm, that's interesting reasoning, Johnny. It certainly wouldn't be the first time a villain has made a big deal out of being RL busy to try to draw attention away from themselves....

it's impossible to argue with that track record. BUT I think if Wilki and his potential partner wanted rid of the best players, they'd do it on their night kill. TGH is busy, and only voted once before she was killed, and I think it was a throwaway vote (it was at the end of day 1 for Yukon). Not insulting TGH in any way, shape or form btw, she's an awesome player but blue and annette are really experienced.

No.
I've said it to every partner I've ever had and probably on the open thread(can't remember), as a villain, early in the game you want to get the "more experienced" players lynched and the "less experienced" players at night.
EVERY TIME a new person or a quiet person is killed at night, people say, "why?"
Well, "why" do you suppose?
Obviously, not every villain team will use this strategy but to me it makes the most sense.

Fair enough but on the first day he was the first vote for annette, nothing fishy, he gave a reason but he still voted for a good player with a reason on the first day. That's a bit of a red flag to me but not too bad.
The second day he was the second vote for Pollard. I think there was enough on Pollard that it wouldn't have looked too bad to vote for him if he were innocent, plus he would be on the other team anyway if a villain. Win/Win.
Day three he votes for Blue and STILL seems pretty confident about it. We all know Brandon didn't hint about Blue as Wilki says.
I'm pretty sure every vote has had some kind of doubt added to it. I can't remember off the top of my head.
By themselves the votes don't look bad but if you look at the big picture and read through his posts, it looks pretty suspicious.

Yeah, you're right there. FWIW, if Blue were a villain I'd think I'd be dead by now, so I'm putting her in my good books, for now..
So, I'm up late with some time to kill. I figured I'd add my 2 cents to the list extravaganza.
People who make me suspicious:
Crosby: for the reasons I discussed earlier. I cannot fathom why he would use his one tweet from jail to make a throwaway comment, unless he was trying to ride the fact that no one was calling out people who were silenced.
Yukon: I was wrong about Juliet, but I still think I'm right about Pollard's partner being someone who was dismissive of the bandwagon. If she wasn't in prison, YG would almost certainly say "but I'm always against bandwagons  ". To which I would reply "This is true. Which also makes it the perfect cover. Also, why didn't you say anything when the bandwagon was mounting against Juliet?"
Wilki: I trust Johnny's judgement in these games a lot. As discussed below, I believe he's innocent, and he's laid out some good evidence.
People I can't get a read on bc they've been quiet or some other reason:
(Note: there may be a villain hiding in this category)
Anna
MaryC
Henpot
Ghall
Fmust
People I think are likely innocent:
Jblue: for similar reasons as Barry. I've killed her 3 times as a villain, and she knows it. I would have almost certainly been the victim of a revenge death by now.
Johnny: no solid reason, just a gut feeling
Barry: see above
Zain: we've never played a CG together before, so I could likely be off base with this one. But seems relaxed and natural to me, has done nothing I consider suspicious.
Smoqhy: again, we've never played together (at least I don't think we have?) but he hasn't done anything that's flagged for me as suspicious. Plus, his posts always make me laugh.
I hope this all makes sense. I'm really over caffeinated. 8)
hmmm, that's interesting reasoning, Johnny. It certainly wouldn't be the first time a villain has made a big deal out of being RL busy to try to draw attention away from themselves....
I'm interested to hear what Wilki has to say in response to this.
Ok, ok. You think I'm a villain? Nonsense. And I'll tell you why:
1) Annette was my first voting option because I found her suspicious. It was a slightly silly move, but I've mostly always suspected he when she is a villain, and never acted upon it.
2) My inactivity for the first week or so genuinely wasn't my fault. If you're gonna vote me out, please give a better reason than that. It was the first week of this game, I returned to school on the second and now I'm on holiday
3) Pollard was a gut feeling due to behaviour. I have since explained what I am looking for based on behaviour as my time as GL. I voted him off my own back, not following lead from jae.
4) I've explained my suspicions for jblue, and it just so happens that blue is also a veteran player. I think that pollard could have used blue as a target instead of himself like TGH hammer did in the wonderland game with Annette. Jblue and pollard both aren't stupid, and potentially knew that this could work. If I'm right, it's working.
I'm not making these accusations to rid good players, I'm making them to see possibilities. Jblue as a villain is a possibility and there's a 1 in 14 chance. I'll have more time to play this week as I'm on summer holiday so please don't do what you always do and vote me out when I've got loads more time to play. And yes I'm innocent. Johnny, you've made a mistake.

This isn't helping...
You're right, neither is stupid that's why they wouldn't do what you're suggesting. Pollard was on his way out. He was trying to pin anything on anyone else. His best bet was to use a "hint" from the story. It was his only possible way of deflecting. Now, if he was right and everyone voted Blue, who knows BUT in my opinion he would have still been killed by Bart/Homer that night or lynched by us the next day. Villains want villains dead. If Blue was killed and she was a villain there still would be no reason to not vote Pollard the next day. I would have.
This would make for a dead team. Something two smart players wouldn't do...
I haven't even mentioned the fact that Blue has been gone for a few games. Does anyone really think she would agree on taking the lynch for her partner so early in the game. We're talking the second day!
I think most people know how much I use odds and probabilities. 1 in 14! What the hell is this. Those are terrible odds. I assume you mean there is a 1 in 14 chance that she is Pollards partner. It seems you've "forgotten" about the possibility that she could be Homer or Bart...

Ok, maybe it isn't likely, but there's no need to call me a villain just because I've disagreed with everyone else. Anything is possible, and it's making me suspicious the way you keep leaping to blues defence. I'm just trying to root out villains instead of going with the flow: it's not useful when everyone agrees, it's too easy for villains

There you go, again!
I will defend any player that I think is innocent. Blue could be Homer or Bart, that's the only possibility but I think it's much more likely that you are.
If you aren't, Blue is back on the table.
To be honest, Blue's list went a long way with me. Anyone that is willing to "clear" people, even if it's just clearing them of one particular team is helpful but that's not the only reason I'm defending her.
I'm defending her because I don't think she is Pollards partner and you did, until now I guess.

Glad to be unsilenced. I'll admit, I completely forgot that it was only one post allowed. I must have misread the message or something. I am leaning towards wilki right now because of some suspicious things he's said (and a bit of a gut feeling), but I won't put a vote in for him just yet.

Yeah, you're right there. FWIW, if Blue were a villain I'd think I'd be dead by now, so I'm putting her in my good books, for now..
