This doesn't in and of itself clear you of anything. The villains have just as much of an interest (maybe more) in finding the traitor as innocent players do.
I voted smoqhy the other day and now others are turning there....... sounds like I may be a good picker of villians to me.....
IF Smoq turns out to be a villain. We still don't know if that's true....

Yeah, I was gunna quote that post too.

I think everyone assumed that Maggie or gramps would be the traitor and knowing that alone is pointless anyway.

Actually, you voted for Smohqy after "others had turned there." If you are Lisa, this isn't bad for you.

Sounds like other people have been cleared just by their good guessing, but we're willing to call them innocent for it......... A good guess, is just that- it doesn't put anyone in the innocent pile for me. My good guesses could just as easily make me an innocent.

Ok, this is my early attempt to try to work this through. Please feel free to correct me if I missed something. Since the best information we have is how the two villains behaved when their partners were being lynched, I thought it would help to use that to try to eliminate players. The 9 players remaining are listed below, color coded as follows:
Green: actively accused or voted for both Pollard and Crosby. Likely innocent.
Blue: actively accused or voted for just Pollard. Probably not Lisa.
Violet: actively accused or voted for just Crosby. Probably not Bart.
Red: did not actively accuse or vote for either villain. Possibly a villain trying to slip under the radar here?

    Anna
    Hen
    Johnny
    Jae

    Blue
    Ghall
    Wilki
    Smoqhy
    fmust

I'm going to keep going through and looking at posts, if I find that I missed something I'll update this.

At this point, I will probably be voting for one of the 3 red players (which at this time are Anna, Blue, and Smoqhy). Others have their eye on Smoq, so I will probably not pick him. Anna has been on my radar in the past as someone who might be trying to slip under the radar as a villain, so at this point in the day I am leaning towards voting for her.

Edited to add Hen to the Not Bart list.

    Really good list Jae :D
The thing with Anna is that she was been quiet the entire game. Now, I haven't had the pleasure with playing with her before ( ;) ) so I don't know if this is usual behaviour or not.
I have a gut feeling about Ghallmark but usually I'm way off with these things.

I didn't actively vote for or accuse pollard, correct. I did question Crosby's absence and continual silence though. Keep me on your red list if you so wish but I can assure you I am neither Bart nor Lisa.

Since Smohqy is on the chopping block, does anyone have a quick relay of suspicious behaviour from him so I don't have to trawl through the whole thread?

    Good list jae.

Someone said that the story suggested that we were close to lynching a villain but didn't follow through. Myself and Johnny had a lot of votes yesterday and I know that I'm not a villain. I want to work with Johnny, rather than against him, but at the same time, he could be a villain and the story is hinting at that. Equally, could be smoqhy or Yukon, from previous days.

But Yukon was proved to be an innocent, and with a helpful role. No-one was pushing that hard to lynch Johnny, Smohqy on the other hand...

I was looking back through Brandon's messages, and I see that Mary voted for fmust last game day, but I can't find the post that explains why. Does anyone remember?

Is this a possible situation where he killed her in the night because she accused him during the day?

Never mind, please ignore my previous question. I found this:
@fmust, weren't you a villain last game? With Annette?

You're asking many questions that I would think someone who played a villain would know. Sorry I can't go back and quote because I'm on my phone and it would take me forever. I recall you asking if villains take turns killing off people during the night, or if villains can communicate, and a few others, that I would think a previous villain would know the answers too. You were a villain last game, right? Or am I remembering it wrong?

She later sort of retracts her accusation after someone points out that Smoqhy was the one asking questions about villain kill activity, but leaves her vote for fmust. I know he's a newer player, is it possible that this is enough pressure to make him nervous enough to kill?

I think it was because MC thought Fmust was asking questions that a villain should know(Fmust was partners with Annette, last game.)
I told MC that she might be thinking of Smohqy.
MC wasn't sure who the person was, I think she was driving or at work(can't remember.)
She left the vote as a safe type vote.

    BUT

I wondered about that vote myself.
At the same time, Yukon said, the Lisa list was bad. Fmust was on the Lisa list. On top of it all Yukon voted for me, I question her power.

I currently have fmust on my possibly Bart list, not my possibly Lisa list. I wonder if there's a guesser-type role in the game that had to name villains? Like maybe they couldn't just say "bad," they had to say a name? I don't know. I'm wildly speculating here.

Is that a theory that's on the table? (I'm not being snarky, if that was brought up I missed it when I was getting caught back up on the thread...)

Wilki is pushing that theory pretty hard Jae.

I won't discount anything at this point.

*** <#gamefaceoff> I do have to say it's more fun to have a game where people talk after a vote.. The last two games it was dead right after the First few post vote comments. Go you all! <#gamefaceon>

@Hen.. You are right About your gut being wrong.. I really am innocent.

@ Smoq- not the time to be silent. You appear to be on the chopping block.

Can anyone come up with a reason JB was silenced.. Blues name has been on all the "Possible" lists.. I had her as a high probable.

I do know that we talked about Smoq being guilty - he was silenced.
JBlues name was mentioned as a guilty - she was silenced.

Two edits.. I posted to early.. And when I read my message my premise was stupid.

    Ok. I see it now.

Johnny actively pursued both Crosby and Pollard. Early in the game. Distancing yourself from a partner is one thing, but I would argue that Johnny played an active role in getting both of them killed. He's way too smart to get a partner offed unnecessarily.

As far as I'm concerned, trying to direct attention to Johnny is supicious behavior. I feel very certain about his innocence.

I too am pretty convinced Jae.

Yesterday Wilki was trying hard for Johnny. When it Looked like Johnny would go Wilki made the announcement that if J came up innocent in the vote he was going to vote for Smoq next.

Johnny did not die that day.. But Wilki still voted for Smoq.

It kind of looks like he is trying to start anything to deflect from himself. If J would have died last night he might have thought that would turn attention to him. A MC vote was perhaps a defection as well.

Plus Wilki almost died himself.. He came really close at the end of the day. That might be what B is referring to in the message.

I recall someone mentioning that the silencer is going after the quieter players. Blue's one of the quiet ones. :?
