The guy in the avi is talking to the person that "killed" 3 people. I'm wondering if the person that "killed 3" is in prison and is innocent.

Now, if the person DID kill 3 people and is in prison, I think wij has some explaining to do...

Nope, you can clearly see the guy in the avatar say 'rocky start', so he's the one that's "killed". I looked it up, and he's "Raymond 'Red' Reddington from "The Blacklist".

edit: but I do agree that this is too obvious, hence why I put forward the idea that there could be a role similar to the maniac/mad hatter in previous games
