I had the same issue. I had 11 donuts, received notification that I'd been awarded the community prize of 10 donuts. At first it showed them as my total bumped up to 21, but when I logged in about an hour later I was back down to 11.

Mine increased by 10, played 2 games of tap ball, returned to Springfield and they were gone. All in 1 session.

Just checked this site for bugs and issues as mine was the same, it went up to 140 and when I signed back in again I only had 130

Tried to contact EA through the Live-Chat, but that does not seem to work. Still loading after over half an hour

(but waiting time apparrently less than 5 minutes)
