I was about to start a thread ... So I'm glad I found a companion.

I had 12 donuts, bought a mystery box, saw nuthin' and then tried again. Nuthin'. I figured they had changed the code to just put winnings in storage, but they did not.

So now what?

Contact EA and they'll probably refund you... :?

Tappers: when I make a purchase with premium currency I usually take a pic to prove it happened. EA and other forum regulars cannot argue with pictorial evidence.

Yes they can, if they're photoshopped.

Also, not all devices have screen capture technology available to them.
