I hadn't thought to try storing the Lair, but that didn't work anyways. I won't contact them to remove it, I'm fine with it being there, as it will probably prevent some of those annoying random tasks from popping up.

You think the quest will never work? Why did it pop up in the first place?

it's totally weird cause it's either not supposed to be limited or not supposed to be limited. i don't see any limit in the files

You forgot the third option: It's not supposed to be limited.

Hey mine is working now! Just saw that they both have the task to negotiate. Presumably the update fixed this

It appears to be safe to update, it may not be safe to open the tunnel to Springfield Heights.
