Lost Progress

Sorry to hear you had this problem. Never happened to me, but others have reported it.

Depending on how it happened, and how many backup copies of your town are kept on the server, and if your morning work actually got copied to the server, then EA might be able to make your morning work the latest copy.

Sounds like you are more interested in keeping it from happening in the future. To help with that we'd have to have more details. Like did you sync your morning work? Do you use multiple devices?

What I recommend is going to friends list and back after doing any major work! I think that will save what you did!

Thanks for the suggestion. I will do that from now on before I exit my game. I have used two devices for years without issue before this. Just unlucky today. I haven't even gotten back to where I was last night yet.

Get In touch with EA support, they might be able to make the fix.

In the words of JimJ.. This tapper has given you great advice.. I would do this or at least go to KL and back to sync your game before you log out.

I'm sorry you have to deal with this, I hope all your future endeavors are nothing but old fashion happy tapping!

it happens to me when using 2 devices, and i forgot to synchronize.
