Congratulations, I too was promoted I dont know why I was promoted around the same time I was having trouble logging into the game, but oh well.

Is your avatar related to a british doctor of sorts? I really dont keep up with the times so I wouldnt know.

I will try to find an unnecessarily obscure simpson based avatar, but for now this will do.

The system picks people at random every 22nd of each month.

Post count does not come into promotion! It just a case of being active mainly in GD section around the 20/21st of each month.

All promotion gives you is the use of an avatar, all other privileges you already have, such as signatures and posting gif's, YT videos etc.
