What have you done with the Springfield Heights Tunnel

The way to the tunnel is a problem for me... The entrance is just behind my newly made stadium.. Need a complete redesign to even reach my tunnel entrance...

I had the Burns estate and more specifically Money Mountain in front of it. Go figure the one area I was kind of happy with has now been rezoned. :?

The crafted palm trees from Springfield Heights can be yes, but the older palm trees from Springfield can still only be placed on the beach.
