Anyone else getting this: Your land has encountered an error. Contact Support

I'm getting the same error. They told me the same thing: they needed more time to figure it out. That was a couple days ago.

    Just curious codybippen, had you had any Road or water glitches prior to this recent update? Also... At this point I am perfectly fine with them placing all my items in Inventory if it means I can get back in and rebuild and play... :cry:

    I'd be fine with that, too. I didn't have a glitch like yours, but I have had an extra tile of water since I bought the newest expansion. At the very bottom of my map, there was a tile of water I never paid for that wasn't blacked out... I couldn't put anything there, but it looked like I could. Never really paid much attention to it though.

    I haven't been able to get back into mine either. They told me a fix would hopefully come out with the next update... Apparently not...

    I had the same land bug issue and now I have a whole strip of land at the top that I can put buildings and decorations on but nothing else. I ended up having to inventory everything to redo the roads and pavement. Still working on rebuilding my beloved Springfield though...D'oh.

    [My update]

    It's been 2 full weeks since I have been able to play... I have had several ineffective back and forths with my support member where he even accused me of cheating or, as he put it, using a cracked version of the game (which I do not) I have been in contact with others on the Answers HQ forums who have had their "Land Error" resolved by more competent support members. Most have not had further issues after their land is nuked by the staff, but one guy reports having lost some items that were on the affected land. so your milage may vary. All I can say is, put a ticket in, wade through the lower tier recommendations, asked to be escalated, wave off any accusations of cheating (provided you arnt), and be insistent that the problem be fixed...

    Thats where I am now and waiting for my "specialist team member" to Nuke my town... I Will let you know...

    [Final update]

    So now I can get back into the game only, its not my springfield :(
    they basically took a clone of another level 55 Springfield and attached my account to it. I am not going to complain too much because while I did loose a lot of inventory that was in my springfield, I did gain A LOT of stuff that I did not have, so I consider it acceptable as far as Items and characters. What im finding NOT acceptable is that this level 55 that I now have only has, I'd say, 25% of land purchased and the cash in bank as only 2 million (keep in mind I had over 700,000 million before :( )

    and even worse, I do have almost all items (including premium) and characters, but I have to run through over 50% of ALL quests in the game. this during a time when all I want to do is build up springfield heights and Monorail. EA sure knows how to encapsulate and serve up a nice plate of "bitter-sweet resolution" :?

    Now, your mileage may very, because I have read on some forums and heard from some friends that had this issue that some customer support techs are going in to individuals' games and repairing/sending all to inventory (nuke)

    My only advice is to be patient, persistent, and consistent with your interactions... I didnt take the phone option but I'd love to hear if that yields any better results.
