I deleted Tapped Out

I had 151 donuts remaining, over 70k cash, and was level 40. I did not enjoy the Springfield Heights expansion, so I chose not to play it.
However, when I wanted to not play it, I was still inundated with notifications to send people to make chairs, coffees, cell phones, yoga mats, and pills. In order to avoid these notifications, I attempted to store those manufacturing buildings. However, I am not able to do that, so the notifications will not stop.
I am unable to easily send my characters on their regular Springfield tasks, because these Springfield Heights notifications come up first with an image of a Chair, Coffee, Yoga Mat, etc. to send them on those tasks rather than their Springfield tasks. This interferes with my ability to play the game the way I want to play.
I cannot delete Springfield heights.
I cannot store store Springfield heights.
I cannot disable Springfield heights notifications in any other way.
Therefore, I am no longer going to play this game.
I will check the boards periodically to hope in the next update you will allow players to either store, delete, or disable Springfield Heights or its notifications
Can you not go into Settings on your device and turn off notifications?
Edit: I've just checked on my iPad, and by going into Settings, then Notifications, you will see Tapped Out listed, where you decide the type of notifications you get from the game (Alerts, Banners or None). You can also, at the top of that page, change "Allow Notifications" from the green "on" and slide it to "off".

Not those types of notifications. The types of notifications where at the very top of your task bar rather than showing available characters, an image of a craftable Springfield Heights Item is on screen. This means you are prompted to send your characters there FIRST and you have to click through to return back to the select menu to send them on their regular Springfield tasks.
I see it, but that's still not what I am saying. I am not complaining about Tapped out sending notifications to my tablet. I am complaining about the Springfield Heights expansion dominating my character select screen WITHIN the game.
Produce yoga mats to make pharmaceuticals...
Produce yoga mats to update buildings...
Produce yoga mats for the next land expansion...
Produce yoga mats to unlock the next character
No one in Springfield does yoga
It might take a while if you've expanded the storage a lot, but I think if you fill them all up and don't spend them anymore, the only impact you'll have left is any quests left in the task book.
No one in China does yoga, either-- but that's where they make the mats
Some people in Springfield obviously do Yoga. In the episode, "My Fair Laddy" when Groundskeeper WIllie has become a maitre d' at the Gilded Truffle, Krusty requests to sit at the table where he can see the ladies in the Yoga studio.
I guess if you wanted to delete it, there's nothing we can do to change your mind! :? Hopefully you come back soon! :-)
That's what I was thinking. This guy is constantly bashing the game for one reason or another. It's getting annoying
