This is just temporary until I get all the new land, but it gives an idea of what I am planning. I currently have 2 of each level of the condo, and 2 extra level 1 condos thanks to the glitch that caused 2 of my condos to vanish in storage, allowing me to build 2 more, then this morning they reappeared.

I've been working on a similar idea, like a Miami beach front condo complex or resort or something. I'm still working on the landscaping, and when I buy the last piece of beach property, I'll move it over, but it's turning out well, imo.

Is there a way to downgrade a condo after it's upgraded? I started upgrading all of my condos just for the real estate bonus but realized I might want some that are the level 1 design so now I'm regretting it.

Luckily the mansions don't change looks when they're upgraded. You just get additions to put next to the buildings so you can customize them how you choose.

edit: Here is a portion of my Springfield Heights so far. The rest of it is kind of cluttered but near the beach I'm making it nice from the beginning.

So far, in addition to what you see pictured, I've moved El Chemistri, Botanical Garden, Ziff stuff, and Writer's Building into Springfield Heights. I also put the Woosterfield Hotel across from the Business Center. I'll later add the big houses to that side of the mountains (Burns Manor, Fat Tony, Wolfcastle, D'Amico, and Kane Manor.

Currently no, unfortunately....same with the parking garage. That's why I'm keeping two condos and garages at each level.

I've placed different level condos close together to make one big abstract building, quite like how the 2nd tallest building connects with the taller one. Still in the process of making resources to build the nice wall around it, and stick a few more palms in there.
