Oh, I think there will be some serious forum angst about the similar mechanics... Not as much as when Neuro finds out about the secret prize wheel, but people will not be happy...
Wheel what now???
Sorry, Neuro, couldn't resist... Good to know you read the threads carefully, though!
I don't have the update yet. Is there some way I can install it manually? (I've never done a manual install before and have NO idea how it's done)
I'm on Android
Thanks
First thing I would do is go to your settings, then apps, then the Play store and clear the cache on that. If that fails to show the update, uninstall Tapped Out and install it again from the store. So long as you have a login, this will be fine, but it might take a little while.

Hooray! That's done the trick. (I did have to reinstall)

There is a wheel you can find at a neighbor, it is in a rat nest you find under a random rock.
FYI - I rushed the "Birth another spunkler" task to free Brandine and was not given another spunkler. On chat with EA right now. Just a head's up in case anyone else rushed her...
This happened to me too.
Me too, only had 13 days left so used 6 donuts I think...off to EA chat I go.
Tip
Place all the tracks you earn so every four hours you get the maximum amount of possums possible
Possums earn 10 blueprints when tapped
Some great tips here Aidx, do you mean monorail tracks? Do they all have to be connected? How are you getting the tracks? And do we know if the possums converge yet, or do we have to search for them?
Hey guys, I'm AO (not AOF). I create and run the Event Strategy Threads.
I just set up the Monorail. I've been keeping everyone working at the Metal Plant over and over. I saved up my metal pieces and bypassed the 55 and 85 piece exchanges and went straight for the 160m + 400t exchange for the 2,000 blueprints. That, plus the bonus from doing the first round of trash exchanges, gets the Monorail station easy.

This pretty much confirms it for me, but it seems that these blueprint exchanges are random, as I definitely didn't have a 2,000 blueprint exchange!! Lucky for you!!!
Edit: Can anybody else confirm this?

I have two towns and they both have different exchange rates

You need 89,350 blueprints to unlock Ray Patterson (the final act 1 prize)
So that means we need 8123 blueprints a day
For new players:
Monorail track pieces (and probably other new decorations) are free ways of boosting obedience on the conform-o-meter
Track pieces may be placed both partially and fully on roads

The tracks can also be placed in the water and on the beach (SH and Springfield).
Bradine and Jesse Grass can collect metal. Dewey Largo and Bradine can collect trash.
