I just set up the Monorail. I've been keeping everyone working at the Metal Plant over and over. I saved up my metal pieces and bypassed the 55 and 85 piece exchanges and went straight for the 160m + 400t exchange for the 2,000 blueprints. That, plus the bonus from doing the first round of trash exchanges, gets the Monorail station easy.

This pretty much confirms it for me, but it seems that these blueprint exchanges are random, as I definitely didn't have a 2,000 blueprint exchange!! Lucky for you!!!

Edit: Can anybody else confirm this?

I have two towns and they both have different exchange rates

Thanks Aidx, I thought so! I'll add this to the front page!!

What was your blueprint payout for the 160+400?

    Tip
Place all the tracks you earn so every four hours you get the maximum amount of possums possible

Possums earn 10 blueprints when tapped

Some great tips here Aidx, do you mean monorail tracks? Do they all have to be connected? How are you getting the tracks? And do we know if the possums converge yet, or do we have to search for them?

When you get the station you get 3 straight rails for free.
So far I don't know much about the possums as I just tapped them the second I was told to.

    Edit:More Possum Info
When the four hours have passed a possum icon will appear on top of the station, When its tapped the possums will spawn around the station and wait for a second before running away, so make sure when you tap the icon to tap the possums quickly so you don't have to go searching for them

Yeah.. not sure how folks are rolling in blueprints that quick..
I am only at 1846 and have used all of the trash projects so far.. unless you guys are using the metal ones already.. those have a large payout for sure!

Check your inventory regularly, I found all these pieces of track I didn't realise I'd earned!

Haven't tried yet, but has anyone tried laying tracks through the mountains between SF and SH?

Have you done your neighbour visits yet? You get 6 blueprints an action for the first 30 (I think it's 30, I forgot to count) neighbours,
And clearing neighbour visits in your own town give one blueprint per action

I think we can safely collect cash from our buildings as neighbours are tapping them and leaving garbage/stink lines now (once our neighbours a get to the point in the questline allowing them to tap on the garbage icons on our buildings).

Can anyone confirm this, though? I don't want to collect the cash from my buildings until this is verified.

I can't confirm collecting money, but think it is safe IMO.
When visiting neighbors, visit them all, not just the ones you get blueprints. Reason being, when your neighbors clear their buildings, they get blueprints.

Seems this way to me too, Sue.

You can indeed tap the buildings for the taxes and still leave the stink lines intact. It doesn't work the other way though.

Thank you Rich and Barry - much appreciated! And AO too (you posted while I was typing this)! :D

@AO - the stink lines indicate that a neighbour has tapped the building - you get blueprints for clearing the stink lines.

I will call you AO from now on (I think we had this conversation before and I forgot - apologies. Hopefully I won't need another gentle reminder :D ).

Sorry - the way you phrased your reply I was not sure if you knew to tap the stink lines - just wanted to make sure :D
