Multiple negative quests

I had an unstarted random task for Burns going into today's Monorail app update. Now the task wants to be completed 115-114 times before being credited as complete.

Thoughts? Solutions?

It would be 944 donuts to complete all tasks. I am only going to do that if it turns out I need the character for Monorail.

I tried to store the prison so Snake would stop working hoping it would reset Snake but it didn't reset the tasks.

I'm on -628 Snake robbing people. An 8 hour task....I reckon roughly 18 plus months to complete. ?

I would like to think this will be sorted and de glitched fairly fast !

I called support. Known new issue. New update in 24-48 hours to fix this bug.

I got the same problem with catching sideshow Bob, currently says I've caught him -22/5 times instead of 3/5. I thought that was bad, but 18 months definitely tops that :shock:

Similar problem here. Luigi was on his 24h task (randomly requested by the game). The monorail update changed the status of that requested task from 0/1 to -149/1. After the end of the task, it's now -148/1.

Might be fixed after 149x 24h tasks but kind of annoying

I'm having a similar problem with multiple quests, pretty much any of the quests that were active when the update came through.

Same here. Apu is requested to take care of the children for -124 times. (-122 to go)

Tried to contact support but the supportwebsite is useless. No email instead they enforcing chat that wont never load.

Yep, I've got the same problem. Mine says -28/5. I arrested him for the 5th time just after applying the latest monorail update, that might have something to do with it.

hi there!

i'm at level 54 an the quests (in german) "Höhere Sphären der Politik [pt.2]" & "Dora bürgt für Qualität [pt.3]" beeing half solved.
That means Dora served allready the Dinner/Lunch (4hrs) and Ms Qimby allready lead the city government (12hrs).

After the Monorail-Update i see that nothing of them is "half solved". I (Dora+Ms. Quimby) have to do the before done qusts a second time.

That's not tragic but it isn't ok :-) Therefor i post here.

EA is aware of the Negative Tasks and is working on it. Hang in there everybody

I'm having the same problem with my game, it has affected multiple quests for me with characters that don't have anything to do with the monorail
