Hoarding?
I just leveled up a parking garage and business center to level 5 and can't put into storage, message about hoarding? EA, why? I don't want one in my town and I certainly don't want several of them to get to a billion. How can we get to billion now without filling the town with multiple copies of these buildings? Fix this, please.
