Also paid for Brandine to birth child and it didn't appear.

Been having this problem since the latest upgrade. Presently, I have two tasks that are affected.
- "Casino Racino" has Marge at -2/1
- "Mad with Municipally Funded Power" has Nelson at -3/3 and Mrs. Krabappel at -23/3.
