Crash while trying to clean the garbage in my city.

Omg, newest level of stuck.... Can't do anything... resetting and hard resetting iPad 3 doesn't work. Have 1.6 go of free space and no luck, day 3 of this! Help!!!

I am having this issue too, has been ongoing for the past 2-3 days SOOOO FRUSTRATING does the same on my galaxy s5 android, as well as my ipad. FIRST TIME I EVER HAVE WRITTEN ON THIS FORUM BUT IT'S BY FAR THE WORST BUG I'VE EXPERIENCED! Ea are usually good at fixing them quickly but this is taking the mick (((((

I too am having problems with the game closing when trying to clean garbage that friends have left in my city. Hopefully this will be fixed soon so that i can get the first phase finished

I have had locking issues since the 17th Aug as well. I can log into the game but as soon as the play screen opens over the rubbish dump (on the 18th I even got my daily reward dialogue which is the same every time since - it now being the 20th). I see Ned collecting rubbish and he might take a step before it all just freezes and locks up.

I have rebooted my iPatch from a complete shutdown and was psyching myself to reinstall the game but thought of coming here first and look, others are having similar issues.

I ID is MrRoc and I am playing on an iPad2...

My game is crashing every time I try to clean the garbage from the Police Station specifically. I can clean from other buildings no problem. Kindle Fire HD.

My game has just started crashing when I try to clean my buildings from garbage. This is added to the game freezing and negative value tasks.

Same for me. Tried on my S6 Edge, on my iPhone and iPad Air2. On all I receive the same issue. My girlfriend can play with her account perfectly. It´s awesome that I cannot click that much anylonger due to this bug. In addition everybody that is able to click has a huge advantage compared to all that can´t click their buildings.

Come ON GUYS! GET IT TOGETHER and get this fixed. My city is coming to a stand still. Do we need to send over a real dev team that can get their **** together.

There were thousands of us over the last few days that had the same problems. A lot could still play, so, it was limited, but now, other's are experiencing what we went through. Don't complain in the forum, contact EA through the help pages. That's what I did, and got answers to my problems, plus, I was given 50 donuts. Not saying someone else will get donuts, just saying, contact EA to answer your problems.
