Monorail train fire?

Lisa breaks it when she opens the monorail window.

The dialogue goes:

Homer: D'Oh! You broke the first job I liked since "Lounge in the Pool".
Lisa: Don't worry, it's probably just a loose screw. Fixing it will be an easy project.

After homer's 24 hr task bart breaks the monorail and it's another 5 projects so remember to turn in your smallest projects so your not stuck like I am in my B town.

Have you started the new questline? There is a part of the quest that stops the monorail from moving. Once you complete the task then the monorail will start moving again.

If you go to this link (LP's monorail walkthrough) you will find it - the questline is called "Rail Against the Machine" this autotriggered today (August 19):

Are you at the part where Bart puts a penny on the tracks and breaks the monorail?. You need to complete the next part, turning in 5 projects. This will start it back up.
