Oops. Have you tried going into build mode & hiding all buildings, monorail, roads & characters. That will leave just decorations visible. It might make it easier to find.

I did with no luck, several times. But it's got a big yellow arrow so I should be able to find it on my own! I feel dumb.

Well, I found it. It was hidden behind Money Mountain. For some reason it wasn't showing up even when hiding MM (I should have been able to see it when behind it). And somehow it's tappable through MM. Weird.

I tucked mine behind the Cooling Towers, but peeking out enough that I can see it if I forgot.

This has never been an issue until this event. Almost every time a neighbor dumps trash on my power plant, I accidentally hit the plunger when trying to clean it up. :P
