Highest level?

Currently, yes. It is 56. Level 57 will likely be out in the near future though.

Thanks for the response. It'll be a long while until I get that far.

It will take a few months, definitely.

I once accepted a guy that I assumed was high level. He was between 14 to 18. I was going to get rid of him, but decided to keep him for a while. By the time a month had blown by, he was at level 44, so, if you spend enough time on this game, you can level up very fast. Just depends on how you play this game. Only play one time every 24 hours, it will take you into the next millennium to reach the top. Visit your neighbors on a daily basis, regardless whether or not there is an event going on, you'll level up faster, not to mention, by visiting each day, you also have the chance at finding donuts. Except for a 3 week period I didn't play because I was in the process of moving, and was without the Internet for 3 weeks, I play on a constant basis as much as I can.

Come have a look at our Race to the Finish Thread! A group of us started on July 4th and are trying to see how far we can get by New Years. We have all sorts of tips and tricks there. Some have made amazing progress. (And when I say "some" I mean "but not me" ) ;)

Here's a link to that thread.

Would it be appropriate to introduce butteredtoast to the member named yourbutter? Or might that be extraordinarily dangerous?

Haha, thank you all for the welcomes. I downloaded this game back in 2012/2013 and played for a few months. I deleted it because I was involved with another game at the time that took up the majority of my free time and I eventually forgot about it. 2 or 3 years later, I randomly thought of Tapped Out and downloaded it again. Now I'm hooked. I don't play any other games now either so I have more time to tap. I just bought the Mapple store today after seeing it is a rare item for them to rerelease. I remember having this back when I first downloaded the game. I sadly don't know what username I used back then so I couldn't just reload my old game and I had to start from scratch. The only thing holding me back now from moving ahead is MONEY. I want to make my town look nice but it's hard to purchase little things like trees and fences when I keep getting tasks to build buildings that cost $50k each. I won't purchase donuts for the most part. I've managed to obtain all of the monorail prizes without spending donuts so far. I'm hoping most of the events are like this and you can get the items without spending donuts. (Minus some characters and buildings, of course.) I like how they are constantly adding new content. It makes it fun and I don't get bored with it after a week. Feel free to add me if you wish. I check every few hours. Btw. Sorry this took me so long to respond. I figured I'd get notified or something if someone responded to my post but I didn't and I just now saw the responses.
