Stuck at Derailed On the 3rd quest chain

monorail is derailed at tetanus...the Monorail task prompt says to complete 5 tasks at the rail yard. But I've already completed all tasks for this week via donuts. They're all marked Completed. So I don't see any way to get past this and progress towards the glass house. And the monorail is just sitting there smoking 
Any suggestions? Anybody else seeing this?
