How do I contact EA with a suggestion?

I've never seen anything other than the support mechanisms. If I was inclined to do this, which I'm not, I'd try to get a support rep to call me and ask them how to do it. If you cannot get a call back, then maybe email? Another avenue would be to ask (PM) someone that talks to EA often such as LPN or the mods.

Please post back here if you find out the best way.

I only get friend visit notifications on my Android devices (I was on a Nexus 7, upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0).

I don't get friend visit notifications on my iPad Mini. At least not that I've noticed - and certainly not in-game while I'm playing.

On Android I'm constantly having to tap away friend visit notifications, which is VERY annoying when you're trying to do... Anything!

I complained almost a year ago. I still have an open ticket.

And oh yeah, I have notifications turned off both in the game and on the device.

The option to turn it off should be in your device settings in notifications. At least with Apple there is.
