Crashing on friends screen

Same here. Keep getting notified of friend visits but no handshakes in my town, crashes every time I try to visit my neighbour screen.

On top of which, I went to bed last night with 113 donuts and woke up with 98.

Not a happy bunny.

Crashed a couple of times trying to access friends,eventually got in only to crash out again. Now screen is frozen when I try .

Same here, neighbours visiting has been very patchy too since I was forced to update. Hopefully they're fixing all the glitches... I'm not in as bad a boat as those who lost a level/characters etc but bit fed up with everything being without payouts.

Now I can enter neighbour again, but still can't add/remove friends.
And in the meanwhile I had 3 new new friend requests, but now they're gone.

Add me to the list... been crashing every time I try to load up my neighbours screen for he last 14 hours or so. Using an iPhone. Not impressed.

You can add me to the list - crashes whenever I try to access my friends. Just began acting up this AM.

I did manage to get into the friends screen earlier and sent you a friend request on my race town 00_Muhsterino.
I haven't been able to get in recently though The screen just keeps freezing.

I swear EA can never make anything work correctly. Makes me thinking they don't know what they're doing friends menu worked yesterday now it doesn't work.

In fact, I entered but there were no friend requests, then it crashed.

Now it's also happening with my Android game (Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0).

I finally managed to transfer my iPad game to my Android so I could try finishing up there (since it's STILL downloading on my iPad Mini) and I can't get into the neighborhood on that game either.

If they picked today to work on the servers... What were they thinking? It's Saturday morning. I would guess that more people play on Saturday and Sunday mornings than any other day of the week!

I have this problem too!
I can't load the friends screen or krustyland, it just shows the loading screen for about 30 secs then the app closes. I'd say a lot of my neighbours have this problem too as I am getting very little handshakes. Sorry to my neighbours for not being able to visit.

Having this issue as well. It force closes app each time. None of regular troubleshooting works either. Think this must be a server issue.

Same problem here. Luckily I was able to do neighbour visits very early this morning but can't get back in now without crashing. Still have very little in either town to tap. Sorry
