Same.
Well, at least we know it is on their end if the connection.
Luckily I have most everyone on 12 hour jobs.
The problem is the monorail, which I think it's ending in less than 2 days.
Last week it ended while I was at 68500/70000, so I was hoping to complete it.
There seems to be a bigger issue with ea's servers.
Just read complains from Fifa and Madden players who weren't able to use online features for the past couple of hours.
It's been a couple of hours now. Managed to get back into the game briefly and collect a few tasks, but next time got back in they were all back as they were.
Well, perhaps they took down the server for bug fixing? Who knows...
If that is the case, it would be REALLY helpful if they told us about it. We rarely get any communication from EA about what is happening.
They don't even tell their own staff in customer services, so you have people contacting them and being put through the whole reinstall your game rigmarole when the issue is all at the EA end. How hard would it be to put something up online and tell the hat/helplines what is going on too ? (yeah too hard for EA, obviously)
Managed to get in and collect a few things then got booted, reloaded the game and got in again but all the stuff that I had done was back like I'd not tapped it so looks like it isn't saving changes on their end, going to leave it alone for a few more hours then I'll try again oh well.

Fun times!
EA + Good Communication? Never!
This. EA's customer relation/communication skills are non-existent.
Down for me too, Philippines.

My guess is, ea's been give their employees a proper weekend off after the whole monorail takedown worked so well without any glitches.
