Springfield Haunts

So...it is all more or less going into storage to make room for a giant Halloween display. The Halloween stuff is pretty much the only seasonal event stuff I keep out year round. Moving all my Halloween stuff will free up some regular Springfield land. I guess Springfield Heights wasn't all bad after all. Just mostly.
Take that, ghost of Richie Rich!
That's a great idea! Or Springfield Heights could be a neat place to have our Special event zone for each holiday .. I can imagine some amazing Holiday Zones for Christmas ...

I love this idea
Keeping this very important advice in mind, I'm making mine into a Palm Beach-type rich resort area. I'm moving my "new money" people up there, and the D'Amico summer home (though it was funny to have it right next door to their regular house). "Old Money" (Burns, Quimby, Radioactive Man's regular estate, most oc the mobsters) are staying in Springfield.
I do have a "haunted area" with my Halloween stuff and cemeteries, as well as a "Christmas Village" that is kept out all year round. I still have dones of decorations for both to put out during the holidays.
Side note - I do wish we could decorate businesses for Christmas as well as homes. Especially retail establishes.
This is the same plan i went with. My SH is done, until they release the rest of that land back there.
I hide most of my Christmas stuff behind SF mountain until is time to display it. Then I'll put most around the mall, like Santa is available for kids pictures.
Always going for the realism angle!
