Lost buildings after storing

Have you looked throughout your entire main inventory? Some items don't go into the proper sub sections, and can only be found in the main inventory.

Yup, searched through everything. In the case of Milhouse he was definitely no longer in the game and I had to buy the house back again. Still waiting for the 24 hour build to complete.

The EA help chat said/says "wait time is under 5 minutes" for the last 90+ minutes. :-(

Dang. Sorry to hear that. Hopefully they'll compensate you with some donuts for the trouble. It also never hurts to mention some "pain and suffering" donuts.

I put IRS building in storage a couple days ago & now it's nowhere to be found in my inventory. :x Searched multiple times & logged out & back in, just in case that would help. It didn't.... Any ideas??

I'm missing Santa's toy workshop and Squeal stop after nuking my town. Is it possible to get them both back? Cant tell if I'm missing anything else.

do NOT search the tabs in inventory ALWAYS check the full inventory by scrolling it to the right. some things can be not divided in categories and just be there in the inventory!!!

The same thing has happened to me too multiple times. I use the irs building to clear my perimeter then store it to leave some section of buildings untapped for my neighbors. There's a 50/50 chance it will be there the next time I log in. When it is, it's the first thing in line when I open up my storage. When it isn't I check the full inventory and the specific tabs and it's nowhere. Then later in the day it's tback in inventory, first in the row. So strange.

As far as I know I haven't lost any buildings but I appear to have lost my beer tree after putting it into storage. My husband was looking at the Oktoberfest and mentioned it looked good. I reminded him not to buy it as we already had it from Christmas. I put a load of my Christmas stuff into store and forgot all about it. I've been searching my SF and been through my inventory several times and can't find any sign of it. Lots of other Christmas stuff is in there but not that. Very annoying!

For me it's not categorized as a building, it's actually uncategorized. Have to scroll through main inventory only to find it and it's no where near the beginning of the list.
