Which episode of the Simpsons do you like the most?

The first one because it started it all.

Actually, the Tracey Ullman Show started it all, but I like the sentiment! :D

The ones that have had events are great - Monorail, Stonecutters, and the softball one.

Homer Goes to College. the casino one.

There is one early in the run that took the Simpsons to Dr. Monroe for family therapy. Hitting with the bats and shock therapy are used gleefully on each other. I still laugh when I see it. I actually use the clip in my class to show how family therapy can go wrong.

The Simpsons as an educational tool. What sound wrong in that sentance.

If I'm remembering correctly, that is the first episode not on the Tracey Ullman Show, but on Fox.

Very possible. I could check. I thought the one I have is 30 minutes long and the therapy part is the last half. There is no doubt the animation is from the early years.

Still giggling about the clip now.

The family therapy episode was #4. The first episode was the Christmas one where Homer becomes a mall Santa.

    So I wasn't remembering correctly.

I'd have to say my favorite episode is the one where Homer learns his middle name.
