Missing pond - iOS 9 issue?

No idea about the ios thing but it's probably worth trying to clear the cache and see if that restores the pond or try uninstalling the game and then do a clean install that often fixes these issues.

I have iOS 9 and I also have my pond. I think you have some other issue. Try what Devilhunt says, and if that doesn't work, contact EA.

I've reinstalled it from zero (deleted and dowloaded all the huge content again). Didn't work.

There's other way to clean iPad cache besides restart the device? I've restarted 2 or 3 times today.

Edit: EA tech said it's no EA issue.

The EA tech should know that a lot of people have had the same issue with the missing pond, get back in touch with them. Some players have also been fobbed off, so ask them to roll back your game to a date you know was ok.

Luckily my pond is fine and I'm on iOS 9

This happened to me as well as a few others. I contacted EA and they were unable to fix it at the time, later the items "appeared" so don't give up. :?

You might contact EA just so they have a record of the issue. Good luck!

Have you tried upgrading to 9.1?

I got it yesterday I think.

My pond reappeared, but my game is acting really odd. Youngsters leaving campfire, Homer leaving the pond and getting back there without command. Homer is doing 2 tasks in the pond, same task, different times (10 minutes appart).

Edit: in-game update, pond is missing again.
