Android Job Manager

Not mine. Still broken.

I'm actually wondering if it's not the Job manager that's broken, but the characters. It's always the same characters that don't get assigned. Like they don't have the correct coding in their attributes.

Mine doesn't assign anyone who could be working on monorail or SH (as far as I can tell), along with another random set of characters. Kinda annoying.

People on iOS says it works for them fully, people on Android its still broken and I have over 160 characters they all have 24 hour task yet for some reason I can only assign 54 people to go on a 24 hour task.

Still busted for me to, thought that while it was missing they might have tried to fix it but guess not, maybe they are afraid that if they fix it for android it'll bust the ios version.

still borken for me too, tried storing the recycling buildings to see if that would change my number of characters available in the job manager but it didn't change. wonder if this will ever be "fixed", such a useful feature for busier days if it would function

It's if they have a task that is less than the time sent that is not the standard (1, 4, 8, 12, 24) or if they have a duplicate task.

That's mostly true, but not always. Like if I send all my characters on 12 hours tasks, Brandine will be included, even though she has a 10 hour task. They need to fix it so it actually sends all the characters. If I wanted to send some characters on 10 hour jobs and others on 12 hour jobs, I would do it manually. But the big appeal of the Job Manager is that you don't have to do anything manually. It's annoying.

I am on Android and my task manager is FINALLY working properly after this latest update. I can assign all characters to one task.

Yep, same here. On Android and task manager is assigning all available characters to the same length task for the first time ever.

Me too, it's like heaven. Hardly no lag, everyone gets to the job. Just wonderful.

For those of you who have it working on ANDROID, what job length are you using? And what device? And what whatchamacallit version of whatever that thing is people talk about like lollipop and stuff?

Just wonder if there's a pattern?

I'm playing on a HTC one M9. Android version 5.1.

I only tend to use 60min and 4hr jobs during the day and, since the update to remove Halloween, every free character that has a 60min or 4hr available job is sent on it when I use the task manager.

I also play at home on a Nexus 7 but I've not used it since the update so not sure if the task manager will work correctly on my tablet.

I'll try it when I get home and let you know...

Since the takedown update yesterday mine is working for the first time. And on both devices and both towns. Most of the lag is also gone.

Now that we can finally use the job manager properly I'm wondering if anyone has a list of all characters with 16 houhr jobs so I can assign these manually before assigning everyone else on 12 hours with the job manager. Thanks in advance!
