"I'm not drinking diet coke because I'm on a diet, I'm drinking it because I like drinking diet coke."
Weird one I know but you wouldn't believe how many times a day I say this as people seem to have something to say when I order fries and a diet coke. However I've started shortening it to, "shut the duck up"

Simple for me... "Spiff!" It can be used much like "Smurf" but is obviously spiffier.

I like. "All that and a bag of chips"

As in.... "Honestly... He thinks he's all that and a bag of chips..."
    Is there anyone out there?

I hope that doesn't mean that you peaked in '96...

    "Nice thing"

I enjoy the ironic incongruity of reacting to something obviously or overwhelmingly beautiful, awesome or otherwise superlative with an utterly banal response. It's particularly amusing if you know how normally effusively verbose and passionate I am about the most seemingly mundane of things.

What a delightful topic. You can stay.

    "Meh."

I say that all the time, and even included it in an email today. Meh...

    "You're really not that special."

Used often when confronting those people who seem to think that the world revolves around them; can also be used for those "woe is me" types who thinks the world is out to get them. It's a great all purpose term.

    "You're really not that special."

    LOL yeah pretty much.

It's the one thing I find myself saying a lot, it's because of the moms' I'm around. They really do think they are special. Either better than everybody else or think that the world cares about them enough to be plotting against them.

But a defining catch phrase? That would be impossible, I refuse to box my awesomeness in like that! HAHA
