That's a nice little mall area you've got there and it's decorated really well! :thumbup:
The Promenade Sign is a good call (maybe two). I also like the Squidport trees; with a small footprint, they're easy to implement -
You could add a few of regular pine trees between and behind Vulgari's and Spiffani's. You'll only see the tops of 'em and it may clutter, but I'd take a look. Also, the OCD in me says one of the yellow trees needs to be turned so they're both facing in or both out.
And although the set up of the buildings works well, I'd play around with them (if you haven't already). If you put the Furniture Shop next to the Mall Station, the windows lined may line nicely.
