Check your entire inventory. They sometimes forget to properly tag items causing a building, for instance, not being in the buildings tab. Scroll through the list that first pops up without hitting any of the other tabs. I leave mine out, so I don't know how it's handled in inventory.

I have gone thru all the inventory. It isn't there.
