id go with a or c, i dont like the building used in b. also, id try some more decorations with water/palm trees, like the one fountain from hthe modern mansions, but im not sure how that will work out^^

Cannon Control Building for the elf cannon, from last christmas

I'd also say A or C, and if you continue upgrading the exclusive resort you can get more aquarium style panels, make an even bigger museum haha
