Why did the mods remove the other thread? Whoever removed it owes the OP an apology and everyone else that was calling them a liar when they actually weren't. The update was live when they put it up. Not cool mods! Check before you start deleting threads!!

It was purely coincidence that the update hit shortly after that. The poster only wanted to troll and opened another thread with a lot of nasty (racist and hateful) things in it.

Mods did a fine job here.

when someone creates a brand new account, then on first post announces a new update is available, but doesn't provide a picture as proof, then THEY are essentially trolling. trolling is not permitted here, and mods acted accordingly.

but it's ok. i'm pretty sure last update the apple biters had serious glitches from downloading so quickly. i don't mind waiting a few hours for the masses to report it's safe to install.
