my buildings have gone all weird!

It's not the quickest method but open your storage, then hide everything apart from characters, and scroll around your town to find them.

Some people have been getting this for some time now. Consider contacting customer service. The more complaints, the more likely it will get fixed.

Same here. I've tried anything trying to correct it. Uninstalled three times, put away monorail, went back and forth between Krustyland and Springfield to make sure it synchronized. Nothing's helped. It is really hard to play. This event looks awesome too, but it's really hard to see the merry men and whose where.
