Trouble with window size/zoom...?

If your talking about the game being zoomed in way more than usual and not being able to zoom out as much anymore mine is doing the same thing. It's seems to be an issues with the new update for the Samsung phones and TSTO. My game was fine until I did today's firmware update and now it's all zoomed way in.

Yes that's exactly what I'm talking about. Forgot I did that, and you're right that's exactly when the problems started. Do you know if they're going to fix it? Or is it just gonna be stuck like this from now on

EA and TSTO usually fix these zoom issues once it's reported and a known problem. These zoom issues are quite common it seems with this game. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon and we won't have to suffer long with the game zoomed in so badly.

Here's how to fix this issue:

Download the Samsung Game Tuner tool from the Google Play store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samsung.android.gametuner.thin&hl=en (provided by Samsung, not a third party).

Then, either choose the "High" setting at the bottom by tapping it and then tapping the picture in the middle of the screen (the blue dot will move to indicate the setting), or use the grid icon on the bottom right to navigate through the custom settings to set Tapped Out to High individually.
