I'll craft it. They will sell it next Christmas for 50-100 donuts. :D

Maxxspider makes a fair point... I really like the look of it, so it was the first thing I crafted besides a few snowmen.

everything is worth crafting - but buildings should always be the top priority

Definitely looks good if you have a mountain area or the ski hill

Wish I hadn't wasted so many baubles on the Clam sign. Need almost 800 more to get the ski chalet. They seem to take ages to collect.

+1 ... I am also looking into a redesign to get it directly near my mountains, with the MHOP building next to it.

It's the only thing I'm interested in from act one. Building my alpine area nicely...

All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!

    Worth it:
+ Like the look of it
+ If you collect free buildings
+ Don't want to pay donuts for it next year
+ Can afford to spend the currency on it

    Not worth it:
    - Don't like the look of it
    - If looking for special tasks it unlocks (none do) -
    - Doesn't pay out any special currency
    - can't afford to spend the currency (there are other prizes, and more coming in a few days)

    That looks very cool!!

Personally I don't think it's worth it though because I don't like re-arranging my SF too much. My Ski Chalet will most likely go into storage once this event is done. I put my Ski Lift next to my Mountain Lodge in SH, and I don't have any more room in SH for the Ski Chalet. And my Hungry Hun and MHOP already have their own designs. So...yeah, storage. I might do something with it in my feeder town though. *shrug*

The ski chalet is definitely worth it. It does cost a lot of crafting materials but the act 2 ones cost even more. Personally, I think it's the best item you can craft in act 1, so I went for it (albeit it was the last thing I crafted because I went from cheapest to most expensive).
