Same thing happened to me

Also, I got the dialog twice. But the second time I didn't get another ball.

And in the second go around Maggie opening beer was on the left instead of the right. Was this different text? I'm all confused!

UPDATE: Going to Neighbor's screen and then returning reset the ball!

I synced - friends screen and back - and the ball went back to its original state.

And I also got the second dialog with Maggie on the left, but I don't think the dialog was any different.

This may be the fix for now.

Went to do some neighbour visits & it was back to it's original look.

Not touching it again tho.

I couldn't resist tapping the ball either and went oh nooo hah. I got the dialogue twice, in mirror image to the first.

It's also fixed if you visit Krustyland.

If anyone can tap the ball at midnight, please let me know if anything different happens. I won't be able to tap mine then.

I also got the dialogue twice, but that has been happening a lot recently. I still hopefully checked to see if I had a second ball drop though!

It fixes if you quit the game and start again.

its just it gets destroyed if you tap it, when you go back to town it's fixed again, rinse and repeat. it's not a glitch lol

Well bad job of sound linked with the crash of the ball. And as a person who does know and has coded in a game before. It's not that hard to make the sound link up properly for a thing like that with the animation. That's just lazyness. Remember they get paid. I an others do that stuff for free. You figure if you get paid its better then someone doing it for free. That's just my opinion. However going in and out of town to reset is ok and not really a thing. But the sound matching up with animation is quite another thing. I mean really if one thing ends up being sloppy then why not just do it all the time.

Maybe there will be a fix.
