Addicts says they'll spawn at the same rate as Merry Makers, 1 every 5 minutes

I think the game should have a zoo where you can collect all these off-the-wall characters/animals that are only temporary to the game. Give players the option to buy one or two and then make it mandatory that they exist ONLY in the zoo confines. Oh and each type should have its own enclosure, just like real zoos. Nifty, eh?
