HELP - Donuts missing

Good to hear that you have got it all sorted, sometimes EA help are great but other times useless think that it all depends on who you get, as to how they disappeared you will probably never find out but I'd double check confirm donut spend is turned on if I was you.

Disappearing donuts happening to people makes no sense to me. How are you guys quitting the game on your mobile device when you're done with it for the day?
