Did you try storing him? Maybe it can be a beneficial glitch. Hopefully he is not just the other springfield frink glitched in. Also maybe he wanted to offer you the xp collider offer?

Can't select him to store him, he's not offering anything :? I guess for me he's just a NPC :twisted:

yeah then he's a bugged npc. only way to fix is to ask EA but why would you do that!
