Hot Squishee Station level isn't displayed?

I was hoping it would've turned into a money making decoration like some of the other stuff we've leveled up in the past.

I usually store things that don't pay rent or have a multiplier % bonus and wondered about the Squishee thing also the giant Snowman ?

Giant Snowman pays $150 & 13XP every 6 hours (I may be wrong on the time but it pays for sure)
