Bought space shuttle simulator but didn't get it

Same thing happened to me only it never offered to place it and didn't lock up. Just took my nuts and offered to sell me the same item once I went back into the store. Checked inv and it's not in there either.

Same thing happened to me when I tried to purchase Barney. I'm out 250 donuts and don't have Barney. Never had an option to place it. Opened a support case. EA said that it is a known issue that has been reported by multiple people. They closed my ticket and I'm still out my donuts and still don 't have Barney. Grrrr.

Same thing here. I tried to buy the Bowlarama too. Out the donuts. EA told me the same thing.

The issue has been fixed for me. I went into my game this evening and it gave me the 130 donuts back and the bowlarama was ready to be placed.
