LEVEL 60 RANT.

Prev13
I think it's great we get an event which lasts for two weeks instead of just another level where I do the questline and then have unnecessary buildings and characters which I won't use when the questline is over! YAY!!!!!!!!!

I don't even pay attention to when levels hit or are due. I just play the game and make the most of what it is.

And yesterday, i built a new launch pad, upgraded my homemade drive-in to the official one that plays movies,

and finally, after 3 years, i got Barney's bowling alley, and NOT AT THE RIDICULOUS PRICE, BUT MERELY HALF!

So I'm pretty happy with the game and...level? Huh? Whatever.

    Keeping calm and tappin' on!
All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!

For me it doesn't matter when level 60 is coming because I'm on 57 right now

I think you're way off base. Events and mini events are the same as lvl ups. If I have new quest lines and new things to build I could care less. I hope they keep tapping into old episodes for in game inspiration.

I guess I don't really care about new levels. There's always time for that later. For me, events are fun, and this one is based on one of the best episodes ever.

Shortest "rant" ever! I like it.

It doesn't bother me we haven't seen a new level since November, there's always something for me to do if I choose to - I dictate my enjoyment of the game, not the other way around. I may not use these buildings/decos in the long term, but I intend to create a unique and awesome NARA area. Designing is fun.

    Thanks, EA!

We have that option, it must be because you don't deserve the tacos. What did you do?!

I like the mini events like the one we had at Thanksgiving. It doesn't take up too much time or effort. The level updates have been slow for the last year and a half. Level 60 will be here within the next couple of weeks. No need for a poll for this.

I think the new mini event is basically exactly the same as a new level but I really don't care when Level 60 comes I just play the game to get the new buildings when they come out!!! :-)

I'm enjoying the time to work on my monetary goals. I feel like I've actually made some progress. I've always felt like I was just treading water despite having a moderate sized house farm. I never wanted the farm but found I needed it to ever make progress. I don't know how people could ever get ahead now that that's not a cost effective option.

New content is always appreciated. I don't care how they label it.

I'm looking forward to a new level. I like how you normally get a character with the level increase and I'm intrigued to see who they have up their sleeves!

They've released a lot of new characters in the past couple of weeks. I'm sure that has something to do with the next level being pushed back.

I think whatever level 60 is going to be, it will be a large event.

I don't want a 'large' event this soon after winter, i need some time to sort my Springfield out and place all the buildings i got throughout winter.

So i'm quite pleased with the small event which is giving me something to do while i do the rest :)

As long as the game makers keep giving me something to do on a reasonable basis (as in I don't mind as week or two off) then I'm not bothered as to if it's a level update, mini event, full event or tie in.

I didn't vote. While I do feel like I'm ready for level 60 (why not?) I don't agree that it's a useless event. I'm having fun with it!
    I like routine!

I'm ready for level 60 this'll be the fifth time i've done level 59, and albeit I have to expand some and reorder some things, I'm ready for the level cause I'm sure they'll add another Friendship Level prize and so forth. There's a certain eyeroll quality to repeating the same level for months.
