    its a random task, no questline attached. they appear when your taskbook is empty^^

    As zelda says its a secret to almost everybody. Other then having 4 years of experience (we'll soon have on feb. 17 -the sweden prerelease date- the 4 year anniversary) some (like me) can read in the files to check
