Why upgrade money mountain?

Prev1
Well, you do get a great Burns skin that ears more money than any premium character... His 24h task pays out 1.800 money and 450 XP

You also won't feel like you're spending that much money, since the tasks do take a while. So it's not as bad as dropping 10 million on an Aspirational all at once.

Also, spending money on the money mountain gets you xp (at a 10:1 ratio). This is similar to other decorations people buy to convert cash to xp (rat trap truck and mobile blood bank if you don't refund them), so it is a good use of money. Once you progress through the game far enough, you run out of things to spend money on, so being able to convert it to xp to get the bonus donuts is the best thing to do with it.

It's well worth it. I use Burns on the money making task all the time when he's not needed for the monorail :D

You upgrade because you can. I'm at 82 million dollars and I know MANY have much more than me. So, why not spend it???

Pretty much already been said. More money and XP on task and the animations are great.

Don't do it for the money or XP. At our level this all negligible.
    DO IT FOR THE VEST.

    (I really like the vest)

Yes, and it's unlikely that we ever will get the opportunity to switch to a previous skin with this. Some of Burns' tasks involve animations with the largest pile, so they'd probably have to code in animations for each of the previous versions (and I'm guessing this is not practical)

they could just disable those tasks while another stage is active

True, this is a possibility. Ray's 1 hour task was dependent on what skin was being used at the Kwik E Mart.

I'm still on level 2. No plans to upgrade, but if the day every comes when i have "too much money" I'll start upgrading. I suspect they will add more land before that happens.

I found that after I finished the main quest line the money started to build up fairly quick. Its something that you may want to do after you reach the max level.
