No idea at all. It's happening to me too (iPad air 2 and galaxy note 4). Glad I'm not the only one 'cause that means it's a game issue, not my account or at least hope so.
Exactly the same for me (s5) started yesterday, main account crashes every time but my daughters account works fine on the same device. Complete reinstall of game made no difference.
Just got off the phone with EA. Said the issue would have to be escalated and they would email a response within 72 hours.
72 hours, quite a long time... and not even counting weekend, I guess! That's too bad... btw... what's the phone number... maybe together, we can put some pressing x)
