So, based on my research, our Springfields can hold 60 Gamblers. I don't know how quickly they respawn, so that information would be great. They produce 10 chips each, so 600 chips a time (let's face it, it's probably every 6 hours). The 6 hour figure seems to be wrong, I'm getting messages my Springfield is full after about 5 hours 50 mins.

The following characters have jobs at Burns' Casino:
    Rev. Lovejoy
    Skinner
    Ned
    Apu
    Tuxedo Krusty
    Lisa
    Johnny Tightlips
    Paris Texan
    Princess Kashmir
    Rich Texan
Smithers (May be a One-Time Only Task)
Burns (May be a One-Time Only Task)

Payouts for Burns' Casino is 1 token and 110 chips, and tasks take 4 hours to complete.

Also, chips can be gotten from about 90 friend visits too (usually we find the number is one or two lower than this). It's 10 chips a tap, and you can randomly get gold tokens too.

Have I missed any characters? Any information?

The following information comes from Muhsterino:

    CRAFTING MATERIALS:
    pydeaiql.png
    From left to right:
Courtesy chip (obtained from playing casino game)
    Keychain
    Coaster
    Martini
    Show tickets

    x3ABwIsl.png
    From left to right:
Red casino chip (for act 1)
Game token (for playing casino games)
Club card points (for prize track in Burns' Casino players club)

First question: Are the golden coins good for anything else than the slot machine at Moe's Casino?
  • edited February 2016
Can you receive golden coins from friend visits?

How often are golden coins given to us? Do we know yet?

Right now you can get tokens by sending people on tasks at Burn's casino. I did the opening task to tap gamblers at a friend's town and those just paid chips.

The only place I've found to use them right now is at Moe's casino.

    All I've found so far.

Edit: just tapped a gambler in my town and got a token as well as chips.

I THINK it's also possible to get them from Friend Visits, but rarely. I'm pretty sure I got one from my first Friend Visit tap.

I got chips from the first 30 friends visits, although I only got 2 from the 30th friend, so I believe it is from the first 89 taps that you get chips. This happened on both of my towns.

The directions for Moe's gaming says something about cheating. Anybody figure out if there is a trick to this or is it an EA "wink" at us?

ETA: ah, I see! Every so often, the game comes up no match and gives you the opportunity to bang on it and change the outcome. So there's the "cheating " aspect. Very cute.

I thought it would be something random like that! Can I ask, did you win 4kids??

At some point in this hour (10am-11am GMT) will have been 6 hours since I tapped gamblers, and I'm going to leave it until after lunch (so another 4 hours) so I can be sure my Springfield is full, and I'll be able to post information on what a full Springfield might look like (and yes, I'm aware it's probably about 5/6 hours for 60 gamblers, but I just want to be sure :) Better safe than sorry!)

Has anybody come across any other use for the gold tokens besides Moe's Gambling Game??

Yeah a few times! Have to say though, seems like the more you pull the lever, the smaller your chance of getting three of a kind. Could be wrong. I'm not a math genius but I would be interested if someone else could figure out the odds.

Apologies, I meant did you win anything after the "cheat"?

I "cheated" twice and got first time 400 chips and 2 golden cards with letter "B" on them (they are for crafting I think) and second time just 400 chips. Not bad. :)

Yes, yes I did! There is actually a really funny one I just came across. I got two Barney faces and the one in the middle was different. When I was prompted to tap it, it substituted a hand drawn picture of Barney. Apparently, Moe's antidepressants work better than you'd think because it fooled him! I won $400 and a couple of crafting items!

This. I bought the Vegas wives and was wondering how I was going to progress until my chip count awarded me the Burns fountain. When you level up it does award you craft prizes too. Just gamble your coins at Moe's slot machines and tap your wandering marks and you should accumulate your chips pretty quickly!

Is this how much chips each prize requires on the Prize Track?? If so, do you mind if I put this on the front page??

I'm sorry, I'm not sure I follow. What stops on 3,600? The figure given isn't close to 3,600.
