Ah yes, I heard about that. Is it really gold tokens you get 110 of? Or chips? Any other benefits as a Premium User?

It's 110 chips. 110 Tokens would make any other way to obtain coins unnecessary.

Thanks wiredup. 110 tokens didn't sound right, but I can't stay awake long enough to check myself today.

I know how to get Player Cards. I know I need 6,660 to get to the Black Diamond tower thingie.

But how many Player Cards do I need to get so a little bar fills up so I feel like I'm getting somewhere?

I'm sure it's in this thread someplace, but I can't find it. :(

    Thanks. :)

Nedimaz did some Maths on this subject Annette that I've put on the front page. Hope everything is okay at home, I'm no stranger to stuff at home being hell on earth. :)

I understand. Glad I could chip in.

I know we have to get to the 6,660 ... I see in the first post that I'll be able to get those points. I was just wondering how long it takes for the little squares on the bar sections to fill up. I love visuals. Is it a certain number of Player Cards for each little square? I know it doesn't matter in the long run, but just wondered.

Not knowing when I'm going to move up a notch is like watching that spinning donut during update downloads. We used to be able to watch the progress of "MB downloaded/MB total" ... but they changed it, and now that progress bar slips off the right edge of the screen, and all we see is a spinning donut and a message that we can "start playing" while the update loads. And I refuse to do that because LPN says it could lead to problems later on.

BTW, when I first saw that "6,660" goal in this event, I thought of the Illuminati. Now I see it's a common number in gambling. ;)

If I'm understanding you correctly you're wondering how to get player cards. These are got from:
    1) Winning the act prizes
    2) Crafting any items (not chips or tier upgrades) but there are limits on this
    3) Buying certain premium items

I hope this answers your question.

And regarding the downloads, if you tap the little spinning donut (only the donut don't tap anywhere else) a little tab pops out for a few seconds telling you how far along the download is.

If I'm reading your post right the little squares you're talking about get filled up when you upgrade at the Players club. If you scroll through the player club crafting items you'll come across 2 upgrade options - in act 1 you have to use either 50 coasters or 40 keychains to upgrade each block. It's a bit of a slog with ten blocks to fill just to get to level 2!

I decided after posting my spin results yesterday to do a log of how much I can acquire in a 24 hour period, rather than trying to figure out spawn rate etc. These figures are based on the following:

5 normal characters and Paris Texan (total of 6) doing tasks at Moe's casino 4 times each, 3 during the day and 1 overnight
Break overnight of about 9 hours, then logging in regularly during the day times, every hour or two
Maximum number of taps from friends (89 taps)
    NO spins in Moe's casino
    Tapping gamblers in town

Main town - 6050 red chips, 50 gaming tokens, 7 keychains, 2 coasters
Race town - 6270 red chips, 49* gaming tokens, 2 keychains, 6 coasters
*also got an extra 20 in addition to this amount from a daily challenge

I am quite surprised that the number of red chips is so high, would seem fairly easy to get the amount required per day.

@ AO: Sorry I thought you had forgotten about premiums doing tasks at Moe's, I obviously didn't realise you were asking if there were any other extra benefits from premium characters
Hope it is okay posting so much stuff, I seem to be taking over the thread a bit :D

Thanks, and I was a bit confused about where I'd seen the squares. So, they're on the popup where I "craft" and the yellow arrows that I can "craft" with either 50 coasters or 40 keychains are to make it fill a square? Because a yellow arrow was the first thing I purchased and the box didn't fill in. Now I notice that the very first little square is finally filled in, but I've also crafted other items ...

    1. Now that I've maxed out on the initial allowable number of items, (eg 4/4 walk of fame stars) if I keep focusing on the arrows, will I get another box filled in with each arrow, so that after 9 more arrows -- even if I craft nothing else except arrows -- I get to "Level 2"?

    2. At the far end of the bar (after 10 little squares) it says "Level 2" ... And some items (eg, cowgirl sign) say "unlock crafting Level 2" ... Does that refer to Part 2 of the event?

    3. Or am I mixing apples and oranges?

    My brain hurts. :(

I believe they are unlocked AFTER reaching crafting level 2, so basically you upgrade the crafting station to unlock more prizes/ amount of prizes craft able, using the same resources required to craft said prizes.

I just got this rash, probably allergic, anyone else allergic to bull poopy?

as for how you guys are pulling 6K+ chips a day is beyond me, i only have time to tap 3-4 times a day max (i literally can not tap at work, so i need to remain at focus)

So does mine. Trying to acquire club cards and level up to level 2 prizes, is a little irritating.

You have to level up 10 times, before level 2 crafting prizes become available. Act 2 starts next week, if that's what you were asking about. If that makes sense.

@AnnetteMarc and anyone else who may be confused

Crafting levels are completely independent from the Acts.
This means that if one wanted too they could simply just leave all crafting until the very last day and suffer no consequences.

Also, there is absolutely no need to worry about Clubcard points. They will accumulate themselves through regular crafting and unlocking prizes. There is also no need to worry if you're a freemium player that you mightn't get the final prize since there is a lot of leeway. Here are figures from nedimaz:
Required number of Players Club Points to reach Black Diamond Players Club Tower is: 6,660
Total number of points acquired with freemium items (act prizes, crafting) is: 7,490

So in comparison to Muhsterino I have adopted a less considered and thought out strategy of "spend now save never!" (I call it a strategy but it is more a way of life!...)

So I also have six characters doing tasks at Moe's casino 4 times each, 3 during the day and 1 overnight
Break overnight of about 8 hours, then logging in regularly during the day times, every couple of hours or so (As I am trying to do the Railyard!!!)
I have done the maximum number of taps from friends (89 taps)
Use up all my gold coins on spins in Moe's casino
I have tapped gamblers in town.

Main town - 11,173 red chips, 37 keychains, 12 coasters
Race town - 11,335 red chips, 27 keychains, 19 coasters

I also had the option to get 15 martini glasses from a daily challenge....which I was quite surprised since I have not realised we could win these in Act 1.

I should finish this Act a few days early and I am hoping to get a few doughnuts as I really need to buy Jesse.

I was thinking that stockpiling tokens is not a very good strategy, and these results seem correct. I haven't tracked them, but I know that the amount of chips I pull in is WAY higher than chips from tapping gamblers. I get at least twice that many, with only 5 characters working at the casino. More importantly, most keychains and coasters come from the casino.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it best to hoard your coins until the last day of the act and then spend just enough to get the final prize, with the rest presumably rolling over to act 2? I have also heard that daily challenges may ask you to use the coins in which case it is best to have a load on hand. I have been unable to hold off on them all spending every second or third one I earn but I would think that what I said is a good strategy.

Also do we know if Lucius (the final prize) will help with the event in anyway once earned?

    Thanks in advance!

For Act 1 at least, I just click on the Casino (the very first building we were given) and it pulls up a list of all the characters I have that can work there. I assign them all from there.

As Aidx says, that's the full list as far as we know it for all the Acts. I presume we won't know for sure if other characters are added in Act II and III, but I speculate perhaps that characters we unlock from the prize track will be added? I don't think that's completely out of the question.

Either way, I have the full list on the front page, as Aidx gave you, and if it changes, the front page will change to reflect this. :)
